Nowa strona /negocjacje/:listingId porownuje cene ogloszenia sprzedazy
z cenami transakcyjnymi NBP i GUS oraz srednia ogloszen w dzielnicy
i miescie. Przedzial: od wartosci wg cen transakcyjnych do polowy
nadwyzki ceny ofertowej. W ogloszeniu przycisk "Ile moge utargowac?".
Usuniety fikcyjny model negocjacji i tabela cen za m2.
